There is adopted for the city of Hoquiam, Washington, the classification of noncharter code city, operating under the mayor-council form of government pursuant to Chapter 35A.12 RCW of the Optional Municipal Code for the state of Washington. (Ord. 91-23 § 1, 1991; Ord. 2747 § 1, 1976).

1.02.020 Ordinance – Copy sent to Secretary of State.

The city finance director is authorized and directed to forward to the Secretary of State a certified copy of the ordinance codified in this chapter for filing pursuant to Section 35A.02.040 of the Optional Municipal Code of Washington. (Ord. 2747 § 2, 1976).
