CUMULATIVE RESERVE FUND FOR ABATING NUISANCES AND REMOVAL OF BRUSH AND VEGETATION

1.95.010 Created.

There is created a cumulative fund for municipal purposes to be known as “cumulative reserve fund for abating nuisances and removal of brush and vegetation.” (Ord. 2401 § 1, 1967).

1.95.020 Moneys budgeted.

The moneys in said fund shall be the sum of five thousand dollars from the item “projects not yet authorized” under capital outlay in the 1967 general government budget, together with such sums as may hereafter be budgeted for this cumulative reserve fund, and shall be used for the purpose of acquiring land for municipal purposes. (Ord. 2401 § 2, 1967).

1.95.030 Transfer of funds authorized.

The finance director of the city is authorized and directed to transfer and pay into this cumulative reserve fund that amount of money in the budget item set out in HMC 1.95.020 totaling five thousand dollars. (Ord. 2401 § 3, 1967).

1.95.040 Statutory authority.

This fund is established under and by virtue of RCW 35.21.070. (Ord. 2401 § 4, 1967).
