The City of Hoquiam is excited about the possiblility of the WSDOT will select Grays Harbor for their 520 Bridge Pontoon Project. It is very likely that the Port of Grays Harbor will be selected as the site where the pontoons for the next 520 Floating Bridge will be built. This project will bring 150-300 family wage jobs. PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT IN GRAYS HARBOR REGION

The Port of Grays Harbor offers more than 600-acres of prime industrial property with sites ranging from less than an acre to 150-acres. All sites are along the Coastal Super Corridor, providing rail, road, marine and telecommunications access.

Designated as a Foreign Trade Zone, these sites offer international trading companies financial incentives for re-manufacturing of goods. Additional financial incentives, including forgiveness of State Business and Occupation Taxes for qualifying companies, are available for businesses developing in Grays Harbor.
