A Stable Plan for Economic Growth
The City of Hoquiam is seeking a strategic economic and community development plan to enhance the City’s economy through a focused assessment and action plan for the future.

Towards this end, the City is seeking a planning and a set of products that serve three major functions:
  • An overall City economic development strategy
  • A community-based Economic Development Plan – an actionable Plan that will serve as a roadmap and guide to City activities and investments
  • Site-specific concepts and an action plan to catalyze and jump start business vitality in key parts of the City.
Proposed Scope of Services and Timeline
The following Tasks describe the proposed approach and products to achieve the desired outcomes lists above. The project timeline is coordinated to culminate in adoption of the Final Strategic Economic Plan by the City Council in July, 2007.
