The State of Washington has put in place new requirements

START OF SERVICE
Billing for water, sewer, storm and other services begin when the services is activated. When a new account is opened or an account is transferred, a fee of $10 will be assessed on the account.
PAYMENTS are due on the 10th. If payment is not received at CITY HALL by the due date, your account will be considered delinquent. A late fee of $10.00 will be assessed on any current charges not paid by the due date.
PAYMENTS not received at CITY HALL by the 20th will require the water to be shut off. An additional charge for nonpayment of $55.00 will be assessed whether the water is actually shut off or not.
BUSINESS HOURS
8:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M. Monday through Friday except Holidays. Drop boxes are located in the front entrance and in the alley behind City Hall for your convenience. The City will not be responsible for cash payments left in the drop box.
AFTER HOURS RECONNECTION
A fee of $100 will be assessed for water reconnections after 4:00 P.M. daily or on weekends.
