NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on September 22, 2020, Marantha Hay submitted a request for a Conditional Use Permit, per Section 10.07 of the City of Hoquiam Municipal Code. The request proposes establishing a bed and breakfast at 2120 Sumner Avenue. The legal description for the subject property is identified under parcel number 051201100200. A SEPA Determination of Non-Significance was issued by the City on September 25, 2020.
The City of Hoquiam Hearing Examiner will conduct a public hearing to consider the request on Friday, October 16, 2020 at 10:00 AM. Adjoining property owners are being notified in accordance with the requirements of Section 10.07.070 of the Hoquiam Municipal Code. Due to restrictions on public meetings, the meeting will be conducted via ZOOM at this address: https://us02web.zoom.us/j/87856571003 Access to the Zoom meeting as a participant is not available.
