Notice of Application for Variance

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on August 11, 2020 Dean & Corey Benjamin submitted a request for a variance for the property located at 316 Fillmore. The request is to allow a 10 foot variance to the 20 foot garage setback requirement. The proposed site is located on parcel number 055000801500.

The City of Hoquiam Land Use Hearing Examiner will hold a public hearing to consider the request on September 16, 2020 at 10:00 AM. Due to restrictions on public meetings, viewing the meeting will be conducted via ZOOM at the following address: Access to the Zoom meeting as a participant is not available. Property owners within 300 feet are being notified in accordance with the requirements of Section 10.07.070 of the Hoquiam Municipal Code. All interested persons are invited to submit written comments on the proposal to the City of Hoquiam Planning Department at 609 8th Street, Hoquiam, WA 98550. All written correspondence must be received by the City by 5:00 PM on September 9, 2020.
