Hoquiam Municipal Court Virtual Courtroom
Effective January 1, 2024, Hoquiam Municipal Court will be held in-person on the 2nd floor of City Hall located at 609 8th Street, Hoquiam. Zoom will only be allowed for individuals living out of state or with unique circumstances and always with prior approval. Those with prior approval will be provided a Zoom log-in. Please contact the court if you would like to request to appear via Zoom. Requests must be received at least 14 days prior to your scheduled hearing.
We are committed to providing efficient, friendly service and improving the delivery of Court services. Please take a few moments to tour our site. We are interested in your comments or suggestions for improvement.
The Municipal Court Chamber is upstairs at City Hall. Proceedings, unless otherwise specified, are open to the public. Prisoners may not talk to or have contact with those that are watching the proceedings.
You may call the Court Clerk Monday - Friday. The office is closed for lunch from 12pm to 1pm. The court office is closed when court is in session on Tuesdays. Voice mail service is always available.
Court is in Session the First, Second & Third Tuesday of Each Month
Arraignments and In-Custody First Appearances are held every Tuesday, with the exception of holidays.

11:30 a.m. Bench Warrant Quash Hearings (by appointment only)
Pre-Trial Hearings are held the first, second and third Tuesday of the month.

3:00 p.m. In-Custody Attorney Hearings (by Zoom)
Infraction Hearings are held the second Tuesday of the month.
